MLM label accepts returns on full priced items* within 7 days from the delivery confirmation date under the following conditions
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Item(s) must not smell of body odour or perfume.
- Item(s) was not purchased as bridal, made to order, or sample sale.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Item(s) must be returned following our online returns guidelines.

ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN LODGED
FULL PRICED PURCHASES:
- You will receive an email from our customer support team with instructions on how to send your item back to MLM Label
- AU customers will receive a Pre-paid return label from us.
- International customers, we will kindly ask for you to send the item back to a local shipping address provided by us. Once received you will be issued a refund minus a handling fee.
- For customers who receive a pre paid post label. The handling fee (location based) will be deducted from your final refund.
- If you choose to exchange your item please contact us via email for exchange options best for you. Exchange is only subject to availability.
FINAL SALE & PROMOTIONAL SALE PURCHASES:

- You will receive a reply from our customer support team with instructions on how to send your item back to MLM Label
- All final or promotional sale customers are required to send item back at own cost to claim store credit.
- Final or promotional sale applies when your item is reduced at more than 10% of its full RRP.
- SAMPLE and ARCHIVE SALES are strictly non returnable.
- BRIDAL or Made to Order Products are also strictly non returnable
ONCE WE RECIVE YOUR RETURN
- If you are an AU customer you will be able to track your return via the Aus Post label you received. For international customers we recommend organising a label that you can track.
- Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received to HQ and are made in the form of the original payment or, if you wish, store credit
- If you opt for store credit, this credit will be made immediately available to you via email. Please note, store credits can only be redeemed once & cannot be refunded at a later date.
- If you paid via card, Pending your bank issuer funds can take 5-7 business days to securely process.
- If you paid via AfterPay Zip Pay or Alipay you will receive a credit note only (due to inflated administration charges as a small business)
- You will receive a courtesy email update MLM LABEL As soon as your refund has been initiated.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. MLM Label takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by MLM Label.
If your item is returned stained or smelling of body odour or perfume, MLM has the right to return the item to customer at their expense or charge a $30 dry cleaning fee. Please be respectful as our Occupational Health and Safety standards are strictly in line with World Health and Australian Government guidelines.
Please note if you change your mind from an exchange, we don’t accept exchanges for a refund. And further returns will need to be sent back at the customers expense for a credit note only. Credit notes can only be redeemed once.
SALES & PROMOTIONS
All items bought under any sale or promotion including Flash Sales (anything reduced more than 10%), Black Friday and Boxing Day Sales can only be returned for a store credit at customers expense - strictly no refunds.
All SAMPLE & ARCHIVE sale purchases are final and not eligible for any returns, this includes store credit, exchange or refund.
Shipping is passed directly to shipping carriers so shipping is non-refundable unless item could not be provided and no shipping carrier used for that particular order.
