We understand how exciting it is to receive your new piece and that you may need it for a special occasion, so here at MLM, all orders placed before 1 pm AWST are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). 

We offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs - Express Post, Australia Post & DHL Express for orders outside of Australia.

For orders within Australia we recommend choosing the Express post option as it will be a more guaranteed to receive your order faster & in time for your special event. At times standard post can be as quick as 4 days & delayed for upto 10-14 business days in busy periods. Once your order has been handed over yo Australia post we will have no control on speeding up or re-directing your delivery address.
Once your item has been picked, checked over, and steamed, we neatly tissue wrap and pack into recyclable packaging for you to treasure, love and enjoy.

The delivery address noted on order placement is automated to your shipment booking and any errors in your shipping address must be notifed to us by email before fulfilment of your order

Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes 
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.

 PRE ORDERS

Each season we produce limited runs of each style to align with our sustainability ethos. This ensures that we are not overproducing stock and it helps our aim of breaking the fast fashion cycle. Instead we offer pre-order and made to order services on sold out styles utilising left over fabric and encouraging out customers to be conscious shoppers.

How do pre-orders work?

Each season we monitor our best-selling styles and when a size or a style has sold out we often re-release it for pre-order. This means you can secure your purchase and order it while it is in production and as soon as we receive it at our warehouse, we dispatch all pre-orders to the customer.

A style on pre-order will note the estimated arrival date to our HQ and this will also be reflected on the order confirmation sent to your email. 

Very rarely there may be some delays with production or customs so your pre order date is an estimate - during these times there are un precedented hold backs from production to your door such as lockdowns, shipment delays. If you have any concerns about your order arriving in time for a certain date or special occasion, please email us so we can keep you update on the progress of your order.

MADE TO ORDER

Our Bridal range and some MLM signature styles are offered as 'made to order'. This means that while we do not have any incoming stock at the moment, we can have it made for you. Usually this takes around 6 weeks (8-10 weeks for Bridal orders) and works in a similar way to our pre order system. 

If you had your eye on a certain style but missed out, we can often offer a made to order service, simply send us an enquiry via the form on the product page or our contact page.

Due to high surcharges and administration costs on one-offs please note we don't offer refunds on made to order styles.
