All items bought under any sale or promotion including Flash Sales, Black Friday and Boxing Day Sales can only be returned for a store credit - strictly no refunds.
Please choose carefully and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding sizing.
All sample sale & archive sale purchases are final and not eligible for any returns, this includes store credit, exchange or refund.
Our Silk Edit is exclusive from any promotion and flash sale.
Please be careful when trying on all garments and remove all jewellery and make up to avoid damaging the garment. All items are checked before sending and will be deemed ineligible for return if they are returned with any snags and stains.
Your return request must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Full priced items purchased via Credit Card, Paypal or Klarna eligible for a credit or full refund.
- Full priced items purchased using 3rd party credit provider via Afterpay, Zippay, Layby, Alipay are only eligible for an exchange or credit. (This is due to the inflated costs we incur for offering these services on our website)
- Pre Order - We do not accept refunds, only eligible for return of an exchange or full store credit (valid for 12 months)
- Final Sale, Archive Sample Sale or Flash Promotion purchases - Items purchased during a promotional sale can only be returned for a store credit.
- Bridal or Make to Order - We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or credits for any custom made garment. read full Bridal Order T&Cs here.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. MLM Label takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by MLM Label.
If your item is returned stained or it smells of strong body odour or perfume, MLM has the right to return the item to customer at their expense or charge a $30 dry cleaning fee. Please be respectful as our Occupational Health and Safety standards are strictly in line with World Health and Australian Government guidelines.
Please note if you change your mind from an exchange, we don’t accept exchanges for a refund.
Please allow 4-7 days for exchanges, credits and refunds to be processed from receiving the item back to our HQ.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a credit note only. We do not offer a refund or exchange on international orders. We can only allow one credit note per order, so we are unable to authorise a return on an item purchased on sale or with a credit note.
