Thank you for choosing MLM Bridal to be a part of your special day!

Our Bridal Gowns are carefully made to order just for you, so please choose carefully as we do not offer returns on our Bridal Range.

Bridal ZOOM Appointments 

As a pure online brodal service, we offer Zoom consultations at no charge to discuss any styles of interest, fit, a timeline suited to you, your measurements and any other questions you may have.

A 20 Minute Zoom session which can be booked online HERE or please reach out to us if you prefer to book a phone call.

24 Hour Cooling Period

We know shopping for your gown can be very exciting and sometimes we make a quick decision but soon realise that we might have more questions. For this reason we offer a 24 hour cooling period for your order. Once your order is placed on you have 24 hours in case you change your mind or have any adjustments you would like to include before your order is placed with our production team. Once your order is in production unfortunately there are strictly no refunds or returns on your order.

If you do choose to cancel your order for any reason a 5% cancelation fee will apply - this will cover our merchant fees, administration & will be deducted. Your order is unable to be cancelled after 24 hours as we will action your PO in order to meet timelines.

Please note standard T&Cs apply and we do not offer cooling period refunds on orders placed with third-party payment providers (including AfterPay, LayBuy, ZipPay and Klarna).

Made to Order

Your gown is specifically made to order for you, this means that our production team purchase fabric specifically for your gown and have this crafted for your day. This has been implemented to align with our sustainability ethos and ensures we do not hold excess stock or create excess waste.

We have sourced, worked alongside and trained the bridal production team for over 10 years. This has been done to ensure the best production has been found for you. We make each gown one by one, down to the personalised pattern. Our bridal also provides a rare service of good quality production with short lead times.

The good news is, that as this is made to order for you. Although our core bridal styles are made to measure or off the rack sized, we can offer minor adjustments and alterations during the production process for an additional pattern making fee if required. Read more below.

Adjustments and Alterations

As much as we try our very best to perfect your gown, Made to Measure or MLM standard sized, we always recommend to expect final amendments to be made with your local seamstress - this could include adjusting the hem length to your shoes, taking side seams in due to body size & shape changes. 

Our made to measure service option offers the opportunity to have your gown made to the closest fit and 'style' as possible. This higher price ($100 aud) ontop of our sized options will pay itself off and reduce any risk of needing more  ammendements made with your local seamstress 

After receiving your gown, all further alterations will be at your own responsibility.

MLM is not liable for any fit issues due to change in the the customers body shape between fitting and order placement to the magical day.

Order Timeline

We recommend to order your gown a minimum of a 10 week prior to the wedding date to accomodate for production time as well as any further alterations to be made by your local bespoke tailor.

From placing your order, please allow 8 weeks for your gown to be made and sent to you (this includes a 1-2 week transit and gown preparation time)

If you are ordering your gown closer to your wedding day, please contact us regarding your tighter timeline since we will always work with our team to push forward your production finish date however once your order has been delivered we cannot be responsible for any lead time if further alterations are needed prior to your wedding day.
